Jon Snoddy has lived on the leading edge of entertainment technology his entire career. Prior to heading up Research & Development for Walt Disney Imagineering, Jon worked at NPR and Lucasfilm, started his own companies, and pulled a previous stint at Imagineering developing ride concepts such as the Indiana Jones™ Adventure as well as founding the original Disney VR Studio.

Maureen Fan is CEO & Co-Founder of the 10-time Emmy Award winning Baobab Studios, a world-leading interactive narrative animation studio. They create franchisable IP and interactive worlds across films, TV, games, and books. Projects include 2 original series, Intercats and The Witchverse with Disney+, the top viewed VR experiences, and Momoguro Roblox games with over 31 million plays. Previously, she was VP of Games at Zynga overseeing the FarmVille franchise.  She has been inducted into the Film Academy (Oscars voting body) and the Television Academy (Emmy’s).

Moderated by Kun Gao: the founder of GGWP, which is an AI platform modernizing moderation and tackling toxicity in gaming and the metaverse, and founder and CEO of Forge, the first of its kind loyalty and rewards platform for games. Previously, he founded Crunchyroll, the world’s largest destination for anime and manga, and served as CEO for over a decade. He brings 20 years of experience in consumer media, including founding social mapping service Frappr, product and engineering at Slide and HOTorNOT. Kun graduated from UC Berkeley with honors B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and B.A. in Applied Mathematics in 2004, and was a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon.
