Macoto Tezuka is a visual artist, film director. Born in Tokyo in 1961, he is the son of the renowned Manga artist, Osamu Tezuka. He started to create films on 8mm film in high school and received support from Nagisa Oshima. His films include The Legend of the Stardust Brothers, Tezuka’s Barbara and others.
